Regular weekly sessions help to learn the Pilates method. 

Very soon we recognise faulty movement patterns, and simultaneously gain body awareness. We are in a new path to learn healthy and functional movement. 

Before long awesome changes in our body.

While it IS possible to have a whole new body in 30 sessions, that entirely depends on your level of commitment. You will leave each session with a sense of achievement, well-being and better connected with your body.

Practicing Pilates is an investment in our person, body and health because:

* Anyone who wants to start Pilates to address pathologies is advised to start with private sessions to learn exercises addressed to their needs and build up good joint stability and body awareness.
Before starting a 1:1 programme every client is required to undergo a 55 minutes Initial Consultation to help assess the best programme to move forward and achieve their goals.

Out of courtesy to all customers, we apply a 12-hour cancellation policy.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) for any reason including illness, the full cost of the session will be applied.
